First VLOG! Woot!

I have good and bad news! You are the first to see my first VLOG, hot off of the presses. The bad news? You are the first to get to see it, bloopers and all! For example, I don't know why I'm grinning so hard at the end of the video. Oh well. I recorded a heartfelt message and I hope that it resonates with you. Please let me know your thoughts. As I get back to my normal self, I'll be returning to writing about leadership, management, culture and the like.
